The Site is operated by Real Estate Kingz . We are a Florida-licensed real estate brokerage; the managing broker is licensed in Florida. Any brokerage or transactional relationship will be governed by separate written agreements and required disclosures. Any Real estate Brokerage activities outside of the state of Florida will be in accordance with all laws regulating the sale of real property in those states. At NO TIME should any user hold that the Florida Broker is, or will be, facilitating real property transactions in any other state that requires licensing for such transactions. If a Real Property transaction outside the State of Florida is required, Real Estate Kingz will arrange for the services of licensed real estate brokers in those localities.

3) No Binding Offers; No Legal/Financial Advice
