Terms of Service

Real Estate Kingz LLC (“Real Estate Kingz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida-based company that provides
real estate brokerage services and may also purchase houses and land as a principal/investor. These Terms of Service
(“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, pages, forms, communications, and related services (collectively,
the “Services”).

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our associated policies that are posted or referenced on
the Services (including any privacy policy, if available). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services; No Guarantee of Results

We may provide, among other things:

  • Real estate brokerage services, including assistance with buying, selling, leasing, and related real estate transactions.
  • General information about real estate, markets, and properties.
  • Lead intake, scheduling, and communications related to real estate inquiries.
  • Investor-related communications where Real Estate Kingz (or affiliated entities) may purchase property as a principal.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to obtaining a particular price, timing, financing,
closing, investment return, or availability of any property.

3. Brokerage Services; Agency; Disclosures

Brokerage relationship. Real estate brokerage services are offered through Real Estate Kingz LLC as a
Florida-licensed real estate broker (or brokerage). A brokerage relationship, agency relationship, or representation
is not created solely by your use of our Services, submitting a form, sending a message, or having an initial conversation.
Representation typically requires a written agreement (where applicable) and/or disclosures as required by Florida law.

Not legal, tax, or financial advice. We are not a law firm, tax advisor, or financial planner. Any
information we provide is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, tax, or
financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

Fair Housing. We support and comply with applicable fair housing laws. Discriminatory requests or
communications are not permitted.

4. Property Purchases by Real Estate Kingz (Investor Transactions)

In some situations, Real Estate Kingz LLC and/or its owners, affiliates, partners, or related entities may seek to
purchase houses and land as a principal (an “Investor Transaction”). If we present an offer to buy your property,
that offer may be made in a principal/investor capacity and not as your agent, unless expressly agreed in writing.

No duty to act in your best interest in Investor Transactions. In an Investor Transaction, we may have
interests that differ from yours (for example, we may seek to purchase at a price and terms favorable to us). You are
encouraged to conduct independent due diligence and seek independent legal and professional advice before entering into
any agreement.

5. Communications (Email/Text/Calls)

By providing your contact information and using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us about your
inquiry, properties, scheduling, and related services, which may include emails, phone calls, and text messages.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. You may opt out of promotional messages by following the
opt-out instructions included in the message (for example, replying “STOP” to texts where applicable) or by contacting
us using the information in the “Contact” section.

6. User Submissions; Accuracy of Information

You agree that information you provide to us (including property details, ownership, occupancy, liens, condition,
contact information, and any other submissions) will be accurate and not misleading to the best of your knowledge.
You authorize us to use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and provide the Services.

We may rely on information provided by you and by third parties (such as listing information, public records, vendors,
and service providers). We do not warrant that such information is complete, current, or error-free.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
  • Harvest, scrape, or collect information from the Services without permission.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

8. Third-Party Sites and Tools

The Services may link to, integrate with, or reference third-party websites, services, or tools (for example, mapping,
email/text providers, forms, payment processors, scheduling tools, or listing platforms). We do not control third parties
and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed
by their separate terms and policies.

9. Fees; Commissions; Payments

Brokerage commissions, administrative fees, and other transaction costs (if any) will be disclosed in writing in the
applicable agreement(s) and/or transaction documents. Any payments made through the Services may be processed by a
third-party payment processor and are subject to that processor’s terms.

Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing, fees paid for services may be non-refundable once
work has begun or as otherwise specified in the applicable agreement.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM
ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Real estate information may change rapidly. Availability, pricing, property characteristics, taxes, zoning, permits,
rent/lease terms, HOA/COA terms, and other details should be independently verified. You are responsible for your own
due diligence.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAL ESTATE KINGZ LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS,
AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR
INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL
NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE (3)
MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Real Estate Kingz LLC and its owners, officers, agents, contractors,
affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including
reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms;
(c) your violation of any law or regulation; or (d) your submissions or conduct.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required
by law, or if necessary to protect the Services, our business, or others. Sections that by their nature should survive
termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect the most recent changes. Your
continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute
arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located
in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
