How this process works

Submit the application and pay the non-refundable Application Review Fee.
REK reviews the property record, owner name, county mailing address, and authority path.
REK mails a verification code to the tax-record mailing address.
Applicant completes Stripe Identity and live video verification.
If approved, REK sends an Exclusive Right to Sell listing agreement.
After offer acceptance, the closing attorney or title company controls closing requirements.

Application Review Fee

Earned when paid. Conditionally creditable only upon successful closing, subject to REK receiving at least $500.00 net compensation.

Required acknowledgments

I understand the Application Review Fee is non-refundable once paid and is only conditionally creditable upon successful closing if REK receives at least $500 net compensation. I understand approved OOC lot listings require an Exclusive Right to Sell listing agreement with Real Estate Kingz. I understand live video verification is required. Refusal or failure to complete video verification means REK will not list the property. I understand REK will mail the verification code only to the county tax-record mailing address. If that address is outdated, I must update the county record before REK moves forward. I understand REK may review POA files, but the closing attorney/title company may reject a POA under its own standards, and the fee remains non-refundable if closing does not occur. I understand English controls. Any third-party translation is for convenience only, and REK is not responsible for translation errors or misunderstandings.

REK does not provide legal or tax advice. Closing, deed execution, FIRPTA, notarization, POA acceptance, proceeds disbursement, and recording requirements are controlled by the closing entity and applicable law.
